Omar Berrada would like Ruben Amorim to direct Manchester United in his new stadium, but the CEO admits that it is a “risk” to try to build a world -class team at the same time.
The Premier League club announced on Tuesday that they planned to build a new 100,000 -seat plot on land adjacent to Old Trafford.
Berrada hopes that the club will be able to move into the stadium of 2 billion pounds sterling at the start of the 2030-31 season and said: “We would like to open the new stadium with Ruben as head coach.”
But the Portuguese treated with more low than UPS since he took care of in November, the Red Devils being 14th in the Premier League and need a glory of the Europa League to save their season.
Not doing it would almost certainly see the European qualification, damage their finances and rebuild under Amorim.
Berrada admits that the cost of their new stadium could also have an impact, recognizing that Arsenal and Tottenham both had trouble juggling with land and fighting at the top.
“It’s a risk,” he said. “Clearly, this is something we want to avoid.
“We do not want to inhibit our ability to invest in the team, so that we continue to be competitive while we build a new stadium.

“There are different ways to get around this and one of the things we are considering is to shorten the construction times so that we can have a new stadium in the five years. This is our ambition.
“In the meantime, by recovering our finances in order and becoming profitable, we think that we can be very competitive.
“The big and big advantage of this club is that it has the largest fans in the world and therefore the ability to be number one in terms of income it generates.”
